About this event
As coaches, we often encounter clients undergoing significant life transitions. These moments can be fraught with grief—a natural response to loss that, if not properly integrated, can lead to increased anxiety, depression, and even burnout. Recognizing and addressing this in our coaching practices is crucial.
We’re excited to invite you to a transformative workshop led by Dina Bell-Laroche, a certified ICF Professional Coach and experienced Grief Companion. This session is based around her amazing book “Grief Unleashed: moving from the hole in our hearts to whole-hearted” and is specifically designed for coaches, like you, aiming to deepen your understanding and skills in navigating grief and mourning with your clients.
Workshop Details:
Date: Sunday, June 2, 2024
Time: 9am to 5pm – includes lunch
Location: Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive, Ottawa
Duration: 7.5 hours, with a 30 minute lunch break
In this workshop, you will:
- Explore modern thanatological theories to better understand grief and loss.
