Nadine Zeinoun

PCC

Awarded “Most Promising Emotional Intelligence Coach of the year 2023”, and an “Outstanding Leadership” Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference 2024, Nadine is an Executive & Leadership Coach who focusses on developing the Emotional Intelligence & Conversational Intelligence skills of the people she works with.

Nadine works with corporate leaders who are challenged by disengaged teams and struggling to build trust with people around them. Nadine helps them unleash their authentic leadership, exceed all business objectives and create deep connections that inspire a happy, harmonious, high-performing team.

She holds a CMC (Certified MentorCoach), a CEC (Certified Executive Coach) from Mentorcoach USA and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is certified on several psychometric tools such as EQi 2.0/ EQi 360, TMSDi Team Assessment Tools, various C-IQ tools (Conversational Intelligence) and John Mattone’s Leadership Enneagram Inventory. She also holds a Team Coaching Certification from TGCA.

She is also a public speaker and a training facilitator.  She is the program director for the Level 1 ICF accredited Coach Training Program “Coaching with Confidence” at the Saint Joseph University in Beirut.  She has delivered hundreds of training workshops to various international audiences ranging from India all the way to North America.

Her dream is to contribute to creating a better world through supporting its Leaders in creating a WE-Centric community built on TRUST. She hosts her own TV Show called “Shine Your Light” that aims at helping leaders to discover their authentic selves and be able to shine that into the world around them.

Deena Deachman

ATC, ACC
Deena, a Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with 8 years of experience, inspires positive change by helping clients recognize their talents, expand their mindset, and boost self-trust.

With 25 years in leadership across HR, Operations, and Retail, she’s known for creating safe environments fostering open dialogue. Nominated for Emerging Organizations for the International Coaching Impact Award in 2023, she’s led significant industry milestones and introduced Agile business models, enhancing team productivity.

Active in HR associations and in the Retail Council, Deena stays current with evolving business trends, including navigating remote work environments and the challenges of the current economic landscape.

Suzanne Gagnon

Suzanne Gagnon is a senior executive coach and facilitator. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach, certified professional facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) with over 20 years of experience and has worked as a senior leader in the public and non-profit sector. She coaches and supports executives and leaders to grow their leadership competencies, integrate new behaviors and embrace new values to engage their staff to execute transformational and complex changes in the ever evolving work environment.

Shikha McGowan

ACC

Shikha McGowan is a dynamic facilitator and accredited leadership coach with over 17 years of experience in engagement, strategy development, design thinking and organizational development across the health, financial and consulting sectors.

Passionate about empowering leaders, Shikha helps clients enhance their self awareness, overcome challenges and reconnect with their passions. Through a strengths-based approach, she enables clients to inspire their teams, foster motivation and cultivate safe, inclusive, health- promoting environments where their teams can excel.

Shikha is also a MBTI® Certified Practitioner and Certified Crucial Conversations trainer, equipping her with tools to guide leaders in building deeper connections and driving meaningful change.

When she’s not coaching, she’s spending time with her family and fur baby or throwing pottery on the wheel.

Erin Patchell

Erin is a seasoned social entrepreneur with two businesses: Positivist Group and Cludee (formerly Trained to Help Project), a business strategist, leadership coach and host of the podcast Weirdos in the Workplace.

Her distinct approach hinges on building trust-based relationships and fostering environments that balance authenticity, creativity and structure. Under her guidance, colleagues and clients alike are empowered to test and learn what they really need to reach their goals.

An unwavering believer in agility, Erin’s mission is to support clients as they skillfully balance paradoxical combinations of discipline with creativity and structure with autonomy, driving growth and sustainability within their social impact organizations. As a facilitator of change, she inspires founders to not just envision, but to embody possibilities they may never have before considered.

Erin is also a mom of three amazing teenagers, wife to a fantastic husband (who is also her Cludee co-founder), and as a side-hustle, performs inclusive secular ceremonies as a Humanist Canada Officiant registered under the Province of Ontario.

Jas Kalra

M.Sc, PCC-ICF, LCP

Jas has global experience in public service, technology and finance sectors, leading HR initiatives in multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multicultural business environments. In these learning and development roles, she was called on to develop and support implement strategic HR initiatives, global talent acquisition at American Express India, IBM and Accenture.

Jas started a new chapter in Canada after moving from New Delhi in 2007. Currently, she runs a boutique Coaching & HR consultancy offering Executive and Leadership coaching, facilitation, DEIBA strategic change management, Intercultural competence & with EQ 2.0, LCP 360, assessments and culture transformation all done with an unconscious bias, intercultural competencies and diversity & inclusion lens. Her approach is grounded in being a catalyst for growth and systems thinking.

She has designed and developed DEIBA strategies, facilitated large scale people and culture transformation projects, and employee engagement strategies at federal and provincial public service, crown corporations and foreign services of Canada. Her impactful contributions involve introducing coaching circles with a DEIBA and intercultural lens within the diverse foreign services of Canada.  This initiative encompassed directors, program managers, hiring managers, fostering inter-departmental engagement with establishing policies and structures to ensure psychological safety, successful hiring, retention, and advancement of diverse individuals.

Jas is deeply committed to member work, in championing transition to the Canadian corporate and public service environment that involves mentoring for immigrants & newcomers at OCISO, University of Ottawa, finance, start-ups & technology sector.

Jas is honoured to advance the International Coaching Federation’s mission of fostering DEIBA within the Ottawa chapter.

Roula Eid

ORSCC, PCC, ACTC

Roula Eid is a certified executive and team coach with over 30 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Starting her career as a salesperson for a European franchise and eventually becoming the CEO of an American franchise, Roula has developed a deep understanding of leadership, diversity, and inclusion.

As the Founder and CEO of Fingerprint Leadership, Roula empowers leaders and teams to unlock their potential and thrive. Her coaching approach is centered on partnership—working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals. Known for her accessible and positive style, Roula creates a safe space for clients to explore new possibilities, enhance communication, and strengthen alignment.

Roula is actively involved in the coaching community, serving as a board member of the ICF Ottawa Chapter and a facilitator of an accredited Level 1 coaching program. She is also a front-of-room leader at CRR Global, co-leading the delivery of the ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) material, an accredited program for team coaching.

In addition to her coaching practice, Roula is a member of the Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Tourism, and she serves on the advisory council at Harvard Business Review (HBR). As a speaker, moderator, and trainer, Roula is committed to helping others grow and succeed.

Tina Collins is an award-winning, accredited coach and leadership consultant passionate about helping executives and their teams in corporate, private, government, and not-for-profit organizations rethink their work and approach. Her down-to-earth and humorous approach almost instantly reassures stakeholders, creating psychological safety that enables open, honest dialogues, creativity, and innovative problem-solving.  Her 20+ years of experience and education include Business Administration, Psychology, Performance Measurement, Strategic Communication, and Leadership.

She combines these with her natural strengths (Strategic, Ideation, Self-Assurance, Maximizer and Futuristic) to help her clients dream big, remove unnecessary stumbling blocks, shed light on what’s hiding in the blindspots, create new possibilities, and maximize potential. Some of her past and present clients include Federal government agencies, the Department of National Defence, and leaders in professional services, energy, construction, and financial sectors.

Tina is also a life-long member who gives her time and talents to non-profit organizations in her community.
