About this event

March Lunch & Learn – Leadership Evolution with Mindfulness and Neuroscience for Today’s World

with Sher Rana

In our world of disruption, leadership growth with fulfillment requires you to master your mind. On March 22nd, learn how to rewire your mind with practical mindfulness tools that build the neural pathways for elevated emotional intelligence, deeper resilience and success mindsets – this is the mind mastery that you need to rise and achieve your leadership goals without burning out. In this interactive virtual talk you will learn evidence-based actions that Sher has brought to many leaders and organizations including:

  • The neuroscience that supports mindfulness for greater performance, well-being and happiness.
  • The role of awareness training in cutting through the noise of daily life for elevated emotional intelligence, and success mindsets.
  • Foundational micro-practices to build the pathways to reset in the moment, and rise with a balanced mind in the face of uncertainty, adversity and change.

The session includes a presentation and a Q&A to allow you to ask questions and go deeper.
