We are happy to provide our members with the second core competency training entitled “Mastering your Coaching Agreement: Core Competency 3”

In this workshop we will go through the details of setting your agreement during each coaching session. We will dig deep into what that means and what makes it an important competency to acquire.

We will work together to support your understanding of the 4 different PCC markers related to this competency and will explore together how you can actually showcase this competency.

We will end the workshop with a practical part where each one of you will get to practice the skills we learned together.

This event is to support coaches in sharpening their skill of “setting the agreement” with their clients. Participants will gain the following outcomes through the event:
1) Gain a thorough understanding of ICF Core Competency3 and what it entails
2) Learn how to use this competency in their coaching
3) Practice applying this competency
