We are committed to fostering a coaching community where Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DEIBA) are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that embracing these values, enriches our coaching practice and empowers every individual within our community. We commit  to actively engage and co-create with our partners, members and clients to build a fair and inclusive coaching community within our chapter.
