Leadership & Executive Development
The Caribbean Leaders Project is a multiyear leadership development initiative sponsored through a partnership between Global Affairs Canada and the Caribbean government. To date, close to 300 leaders (executives and senior managers) in 12 Caribbean countries have participated in this program. Coaching has played a fundamental role in all facets of this program.
In this 2 -hour introductory session you will learn about:
- The overall orientation of the program, its objectives and its impact in shifting leaders from an authoritarian to transformational leadership style
- Experiences in providing one on one coaching in person and virtually with international clients
- The use of the EQI pre and post program to orient the coaching and assess its impact
Group coaching / Peer coaching/ Coaching circles, how these groups can be adapted for a blended learning format - An organizational change package based on coaching models which was used to help organizations identify the style of leadership they are enabling now and how to address any areas for development. This package includes an assessment, report and 60 coaching exercises and practices.
Participants will leave this session with a coaching tool (provided to all executive participants in the Caribbean Leaders Project) designed to help clients shift from reacting to circumstances to generating their leadership despite them.
