I have 20 years of experience, where I’ve had the privilege to work with private and public sector entities globally, as well as academic institutions; including London School of Economics and King’s College London (from executive education to scientific and clinic research). Throughout these experiences, I’ve developed an acute understanding of the multifaceted needs of leaders.
My coaching practice mostly consists of leaders (c-suite to middle management), who have a clear vision of their end goal, but need assistance with structuring the path to get there. Or sometimes they need help identifying that end state before we can work on implementation strategies. This is where I step in. With the right coach, every leader can uncover the strategies and methods that work for their unique situation. I pride myself on adopting proven methodologies that not only address immediate concerns but equip you with the skills you for a transformative and lasting impact.
My role is to challenge, enlighten, and pave the way for strategic clarity. I am here to facilitate pivotal conversations, share honest insights, and assist you in designing strategies that translate challenges into actionable milestones. With each collaboration, my focus remains unwavering: to not only address immediate challenges but to also empower you for the journeys ahead.
I am also an ICF Certified Mentor Coach, for individuals who require the mentor coaching hours for ICF credentialing.
