For over 10 years, I worked in Human Resources Management and as Director of Communications. I have been working as an independent coach for over 13 years in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I have designed and delivered programs on leadership and team development utilizing a variety of assessment tools, including the Tilt365 and MBTI.
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations. I hold a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
