ICF Ottawa is the Ottawa/Outaouais chapter for professional coaches and those organizations and individuals seeking a coach. Our members include professional full-time coaches, part-time coaches, individuals transitioning into the coaching profession and those interested in learning more about coaching.
ICF Ottawa is a Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and our membership fully supports the ICF Bylaws, Standards, Practices, Coaching Core Competencies and Ethics Pledge. In addition to providing the region with a centralized directory when looking to hire a coach, ICF Ottawa is dedicated to supporting the coaching community through its monthly meetings, networking events, conferences and continuing education opportunities.

Our Mission: To support the Ottawa chapter members and build a vibrant community of practice by educating, informing and networking with our members and colleagues, and to promote the practice of professional coaching to the public.
Several years ago a small group of women sat imagining what a community of coaches in Ottawa might look like. This small gathering quickly began meeting and with their guidance the Ottawa Coaches Group was born. Today we’re known as ICF Ottawa. With over 140 active members and many affiliate members, ICF Ottawa is the premier professional resource for both coaches and clients in the Ottawa/Outaouais area. Members’ practices include areas of expertise in Executive Coaching, Corporate Coaching, Business Coaching, Career Coaching, Team Coaching, Individual Coaching, Health and Fitness Coaching, Transition Coaching, Relationship Coaching for Learning Disabilities and Anxiety Disorders, Conflict Coaching and Relationship Coaching.
Monthly programs feature professional development and educational events, networking opportunities, mentoring and credential support, Special Interest Groups (SIG), and pro bono coaching opportunities.
