TammyAs coaches we want to help our clients discover their path towards
their life purpose and help them to get there. What happens when we ourselves get into a rut? What do we do to stay motivated to move beyond the status quo in our lives? How do we keep inspired to grow a business, keep up our competencies as a coach, and sustain our fulfillment and love for the profession?

Tammy Plunkett is the author of Being Human: Inspiration for Balancing Mind Body and Spirit and will share her secrets and tips for moving ahead and restoring your motivation as a coach so that you can continue being the best that you can be to your clients.
Tammy is an international speaker.  She blogs regularly for the Huffington Post and will lead an interactive presentation reminding us of the neuroscience secrets to setting big goals for ourselves as coaches and the practical, everyday tips to achieving them. Focusing on extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, creation of habits, changing old belief patterns, setting priorities, and the art of balance, Tammy will help you redefine your coaching practice to be what you really want, and be a more effective and more satisfied coach as a result. These concepts  can also be applied to your own fulfillment in terms of that big home renovation you keep putting on hold,
or overhauling your health and wellbeing, or even launching a non-profit
organization and other big projects.

About Tammy:  She has over 20 years’ experience at helping people to change their
behaviours. Her careers as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit and
as a wellness consultant deepened her knowledge of the human condition and
led to her search for a better understanding through psychology and
spirituality. Over the last 25 years she has likely heard over 6,000
life stories and they are much more similar than they are different. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach she empowers her clients in self-care and in finding their life’s purpose, all while happily raising her four children with her loving husband.
