The Prism Award is an award given those who demonstrate excellence in coaching practises in their workplace. It is a fantastic opportunity for us all to elevate the coaching profession by increasing it’s visibility, underscoring its credibility and building awareness in the local marketplace. The Prism Award itself provides an opportunity for coaches and clients to celebrate individuals and organizations in the private sector, public sector and the not for profit sector who have produced significant results with the added benefit of coaching to their workplace. In our first edition, we had the pleasure and honour to recognize the Canadian Blood Services, MD Financial Management and Export Development Canada for the great coaching culture they have created.
