Chapter Event: East Coast Seminar Series Presented by “ICF-Ottawa Chapter”
Tele-seminar: Introduction to Presence- based coaching- Doug Silsbee
Date: January 14, 2015 Time: 7p.m. -8.30 p.m. ET
Join us and learn about the value of presence as an ICF core competency. Presence is also at the very core of resilience and a meta-competency for clients that supports every other coaching outcome. Since presence is central to seeing and acting on new choices, evoking presence in our clients is essential to delivering on their behavioural and business outcomes.
Presence-Based Coaching is a cutting edge approach, responding to these central questions: How do we maintain and extend our presence? How do we evoke presence in others? And, what is the relevance of presence to sustainable change? Finding out how to incorporate presence into your coaching will help you to deliver the best possible coaching outcomes for your clients. Join us for this lively 90 minute session, learn immediate practices that you can apply, and extrapolate principles from a live coaching demonstration to your own work.
