Creativity has been identified as one of the most important leadership qualities; the challenge is, it’s also one of the least understood.
This workshop will examine the myths and nature of creativity, teach you creative thinking principles and provide an immediately applicable basic tool set you can use. We’ll put what you’ve learned to work by exploring how you might coach your clients to leverage their own creativity as they tackle the challenges they face.
