Whether you call yourself a business or leadership coach, a personal coach, a career coach, a money coach, or something entirely, you can expect that your clients will bring their emotions to your coaching sessions. How will you listen effectively to their emotions? What questions will you ask to grow your clients’ awareness around emotions? And how, as a coach, will you empower your clients to leverage the power of their emotions and minimize the downside, particularly of so-called “negative” emotions? This session is designed for coaches who want to develop their understanding of emotions (theirs and clients’) in the context of coaching, and experience some tools for enabling your clients to manage their emotions instead of being held back by them.
