The ICF – Maryland Chapter is pleased to present this continuation of the dialogue focused on coaching in organizations. And specifically organizations that are making changes to traditional performance management systems and adding coaching for performance. This conference will concentrate on how coaching can be instrumental in changing the landscape of performance planning and improvement.
