In this panel conversation, we will explore the lessons learned, the best practices and the benefits of navigating change to creating a coaching culture. Our panelists are leaders in the organizations that won the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ottawa Prism award, an award which recognizes excellence in creating coaching cultures. The panel will be moderated by the ICF Ottawa President, Denis Lévesque.
