Roula Eid is a certified executive and team coach with over 30 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Starting her career as a salesperson for a European franchise and eventually becoming the CEO of an American franchise, Roula has developed a deep understanding of leadership, diversity, and inclusion.

As the Founder and CEO of FINGERPRINT LEADERSHIP, Roula empowers leaders and teams to unlock their potential and thrive. Her coaching approach is centered on partnership—working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals. Known for her accessible and positive style, Roula creates a safe space for clients to explore new possibilities, enhance communication, and strengthen alignment.

Roula is actively involved in the coaching community, serving as a board member of the ICF Ottawa Chapter and a facilitator of an accredited Level 1 coaching program. She is also a front-of-room leader at CRR Global, co-leading the delivery of the ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) material, an accredited program for team coaching.

In addition to her coaching practice, Roula is a member of the Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Tourism, and she serves on the advisory council at Harvard Business Review (HBR). As a speaker, moderator, and trainer, Roula is committed to helping others grow and succeed.
