Catherine Morisset, PCC-ICF, BCC-CCE, CRC-ILCT is a certified executive and resilience coach, speaker, teacher, and author, with over 35 years of experience serving organizational clients, particularly within Canada’s Federal Public Service. Specializing in leadership, resilience, sustainability, and mental health, Catherine provides individual and group coaching, as well as training and facilitation to enhance workplace performance, wellbeing, and work-life balance.

Catherine holds a degree in psychology from the University of Ottawa and is a faculty member at the Institute for Life Coach Training (USA), where she trains coaches, mental health professionals, and leaders globally. She has worked with several federal agencies, including Employment and Social Development Canada, Public Prosecution Service of Canada, and Natural Resources Canada, offering tailored coaching and leadership programs. She also served as faculty at the Canada School of Public Service from 2005 to 2012.

Known for her dynamic approach, Catherine combines simple, efficient strategies for recovery, agility, and forward motion, addressing the challenges of leadership in fast-paced environments. She provides practical tools that integrate seamlessly into busy workplaces, boosting resilience, productivity, motivation, and overall mental and physical health.

Outside of her professional life, Catherine is a mother of three grown children and enjoys spending time in nature, engaging in activities such as paddling, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, and skiing.
