Catherine Morisset

Catherine Morisset, PCC-ICF, BCC-CCE, CRC-ILCT is a certified, experienced executive and resilience coach, speaker, teacher and author. She provides leaders, executives and organizations 35 years of professional hands-on experience, using a whole-person approach to enhance and balance work, personal life and  self-maintenance. Her focus is to help her clients build a life, health and career on their own terms, focusing on performance and resilience, sustainability and burnout prevention. Catherine provides individual, leadership training and group coaching to organizations including the Federal Public Service.

Catherine also holds a degree in psychology from Ottawa U; she is a faculty member at the Institute for Life Coach Training (USA), training coaches, mental health professionals and leaders internationally. Current organizational clients include Global Affairs Canada, the CRTC, Transport Canada, ESDC, Health Canada, PHAC and NR-Can. She has also served as faculty at the Canada School of Public Service from 2005 to 2012.

Catherine combines data-based science with common sense to provide simple, efficient strategies and practical tools that integrate seamlessly into busy workplaces, boosting resilience, productivity, motivation, and overall mental and physical health.
