Over the last 32 years while working in the public service, I have provided strategic advice relating to energy, environmental and science issues. I have developed policy and managed a number of programs including launching a number of people-management initiatives (leadership development, coaching circles).

While working in executive roles, I have integrated a coach approach in how I managed teams and led initiatives. I believe in the powerful transformation that coaching can provide to help catalyze one’s reflection into tangible actions that bring purpose.
