As a professional coach since 2000, I have worked with hundreds of executives and professionals in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. My focus is on helping them discover how best to expand on and extend their achievements, change behaviours that may limit their success, and successfully integrate their work and personal lives.
My clients tell me they value my insight, empathetic listening skills and my ability to help them articulate and focus on what is important and meaningful as they develop strategies for their personal and organizational success. They say they appreciate my directness, clarity, humour, and understanding of the world in which they live and work.
I have 18 years of policy and management experience in a number of departments of the Ontario Public Service, including eight as a branch director. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a change management consultant, university instructor, trainer and group facilitator. During this time, I also helped design a four-day transformational women’s leadership program – Courage to Act™ which I co-led for a number of years.
A life-long learner, I earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University; am a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-active Leadership Program, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching; have taken courses in authentic leadership; the art of masterful coaching; team coaching and human dynamics. I am also a Certified Body Centered Coach and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Culture Survey.
