Cathy holds a Master degree in Public Administration from Carleton University. She has completed the Certified Coaching Program with the International Coach Academy (ICA) and has obtained Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credentialing from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also holds a certificate for Vital Smarts’ Crucial Conversations training, is qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is certified with 21/64 as an Intergenerational Philanthropy Advisor.
