Kate McGregor, Integral Master Coach, PCC


Kate McGregor is a certified Integral Master Coachᵀᴹ. Building on 30 years of experience as an executive with the Government of Canada, Kate is in demand for her leadership development expertise and for her ability to assess, build, coach, and lead teams in times of transition. Her coaching clients have included Service Canada, Health Canada, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, National Defence, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and Colleges and Institutes Canada.

Respected for her diplomacy and discretion, Kate’s coaching supports leaders by helping them identify their shared values and ethics, improve communication skills, hold difficult conversations and increase organizational performance.

Passionate about the need to establish healthy work environments where trust and integrity are key values, Kate enjoys coaching clients who are seeking to identify and strengthen their leadership competencies. She is also committed to the important work of building diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces.

The Integral coaching method Kate employs is based on the belief that we can break through the issues that are holding us back in our professional and personal lives by attending to the whole person to change our behaviors.

In addition to her certification as an Integral Master Coachᵀᴹ, Kate has PCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to administer the EQ-i-2.0 and the EQ 360, powerful instruments for assessing emotional intelligence competencies. She is also a certified facilitator for peer coaching.

Bilingual, Kate lives in Ottawa, coaches in English, and works via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, telephone and in-person.
