My objective is to help you figure out how to use your prime real estate. And when you experience this, you will know, viscerally, how it is the moment of your transformation.

Robin earned her MBA from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada but delayed her entry into the business world as she pursued a professional operatic career. A quirky curve ball threw Robin to turn her attention to the not-for-profit sector where she founded a group of people with only a common history and went on to transform them into the world’s second dragon boat competition team for survivors of breast cancer. Following this Robin perfected and applied her workplace model she created for the dragon boat organization, to the private sector. In 2005, Corporate Dragon Programs Inc, a boutique firm specializing in Coaching and Consulting organizations to harmonize their desired objectives with their core values and help embed these within the workplace DNA, was borne.

Robin uses a combination of her analytic skills, keen instinctive sense of the world, and strong academic background to help clients get to and move well beyond the core of issues impeding them from reaching their goals. Robin will both poke holes in your comfort zone and enable your wisdom, something she skillfully does with genuine authenticity and a sense of humour. Tailor-made to each unique client, she works either independently and/or collaboratively with a variety of clients from multiple industries.

A Professional Certified Coach PCC (International Coach Federation, ICF) Robin is regularly invested in her professional development growth, amongst which include a master certificate in Organization Development and licensed in both the Myers Briggs and Barrett Values Centre – Culture Transformation Tool instruments. She is also an Advisor with the McGill University Desautels Faculty of Management – International Master of Health Leadership (IMHL) program and a Coach with The Coaching Fellowship, California and Coach Activism, Greece.

Robin’s heart resides with her children, her singing, her running and her desperate need to help people realize the pursuit of their dreams. She was deeply honoured to have been acknowledged by several organizations such as the 2010 Women’s Executive Network (WXN) Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100, the 1999 YWCA Foundation Woman of Distinction award for Sports and Well-being and the 2010 Dining at the Top Honouree award.”
