You know how these days there’s greater awareness of and interest in health and wellness, specifically mental health issues. In fact, mental health is becoming much less of a stigma and that’s a good thing. Well, I help people with anxiety through coaching to create a new more positive relationship with their anxious thoughts and feelings. It’s that kind of an inner relationship that is a powerful basis for emotional healing and growth. My coaching is not a replacement for medication and therapy; it supplements them with goal-oriented action and accountability.
