Team Effectiveness Coaching – May 11-14, 2016, 4 days (CCE approved)
Join us for an intensive learning journey into team effectiveness coaching. The four-day experiential program provides core knowledge of the latest developments in team dynamics and how these can support the evolution of your team coaching and leadership competencies. In addition, you will explore cutting-edge models, tools, and skills for promoting team cohesion and accomplishment.
There will be opportunity for dialogue and reflection amidst our information-packed program. Theory, practice, and mentoring will punctuate sessions where you will explore with others how team coaching relates to your professional realities and those of your organization. This workshop is ICF-approved for 23.25 CEU credits.
