Kathryn DuPont is an experienced business leader, with a substantial career and educational background in strategic planning, c-suite communications, employee engagement, motivation, organizational development, workplace performance, cultural diversity and inclusion, and marketing communications.

Her 30+ year career has spanned global technology companies (both established and start-ups), health and life science corporations, venture capital companies, and Not-for-Profit and Government/Crown Corporations, with more than half her career working in global cybersecurity firms, both as a consultant and as an organizational trailblazer.

She is internationally accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University. She is a Masters candidate in Executive and Organizational Coaching (2025) and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology – Organizational Behaviour. In addition, she is a certified corporate director through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

As a trained corporate director, she is well versed in the language and needs of corporate boards regarding governance, risk and compliance, oversight, and financial reporting.
